Amplifier Partner Affiliate Agreement
This agreement governs the ScoreBoost Pro Amplifier Partner program, operated by RANGLEZ ANALYTICS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). It applies when you accept it inside the platform. "You" means the person or business enrolled as an Amplifier Partner.
Version v1-2026-09-28-draft · Draft of September 28, 2026
DRAFT — pending review by counsel. This text is published so partners can read the terms before a call, and so our attorney can review a concrete document. It is not legal advice. We will publish a reviewed version, and any substantive change will carry a new version number recorded against each partner's acceptance.
1. What you are being paid for
You refer business owners — people who run, or intend to run, a credit-repair or financial-coaching business — to ScoreBoost Pro using the unique link we issue you. When a referred business becomes a paying subscriber, you earn a commission on what they pay us.
This program is for referring BUSINESSES. It is not for referring consumers who want credit-repair services for themselves. Cash compensation for consumer referrals is outside this program and is not permitted under it.
2. Commission, and how a referral is attributed
- Rate: the percentage shown on your partner dashboard at the time of the referral. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, it is 30% of the net subscription revenue we actually collect from that account.
- Duration: for as long as that account remains a paying subscriber, unless your dashboard shows a fixed number of months.
- Attribution window: 60 days. A person who clicks your link and subscribes within 60 days is credited to you. After 60 days, they are not.
- One partner per referred account — the most recent qualifying link wins.
- Your rate is locked per referral at the time the referral is credited. If we change program rates later, referrals you have already earned keep the rate they were credited at.
3. Payment
- Commissions accrue monthly, based on payments we have actually received and that have cleared.
- We pay on a monthly cycle once your accrued balance is at least $50. Below that, the balance rolls forward.
- Before your first payout we require a completed IRS Form W-9 (or Form W-8BEN if you are outside the United States). We cannot pay you without it, and we will issue a Form 1099 where the law requires one. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create employment, partnership, agency, or a joint venture, and you may not present yourself as an employee or representative of ours.
4. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversal
Commission is earned on money we keep. If a referred account's payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed for any reason, the commission on that payment is reversed too.
If the reversal happens before we have paid you, we simply remove it from your balance. If we have already paid you, we deduct it from your next payout. If no further payouts are expected, you agree to repay that amount within 30 days of our written request.
5. Earnings are not promised
MOST PARTNERS EARN $0. RESULTS VARY. Nothing we say — in this agreement, on a call, in marketing material, or in any example calculation — is a promise, guarantee, or projection of what you will earn. Any figure you see is an illustration, not a forecast. Your earnings depend entirely on whether businesses you refer choose to subscribe and continue paying.
6. How you may promote us
- Disclose the relationship. Whenever you recommend ScoreBoost Pro, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are paid if people sign up — close to the recommendation, in the same medium, in plain language. This is required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), and it is your obligation.
- Do not promise credit outcomes. Never state or imply that ScoreBoost Pro, or any agency using it, can remove accurate information from a credit report, guarantee a score increase, stop collections or lawsuits, or eliminate debt within a set time. Those specific claims are prohibited and will end this agreement immediately.
- Do not promise income. Do not tell your audience what they will earn using the platform, and do not present your own results as typical.
- No spam, no impersonation. No unsolicited bulk email or messaging in breach of applicable law, no paid search or social ads bidding on our brand name, no domains or accounts that imply you are us, and no claiming to be an official ScoreBoost Pro representative.
- Use our name and marks only to identify our product, as they appear in the materials we give you. We may ask you to stop using any specific material at any time.
7. Compliance is on the referrer as well
ScoreBoost Pro is software. Agencies using it are responsible for their own compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and applicable state law. Nothing you say to your audience may suggest that our software relieves them of those obligations.
You are responsible for complying with the law where you and your audience are located, including advertising, endorsement, privacy, and anti-spam rules.
8. Your data and ours
We show you aggregate performance on your partner dashboard — clicks, signups, active accounts, amounts owed and paid. We do not give you your referrals' personal data, their clients' data, or their account contents, and you agree not to seek it.
Anything we share with you that is not public — rates, roadmap, referral figures, unreleased features — is confidential, and you agree not to disclose it while this agreement is in effect or for two years after it ends.
9. Ending this agreement
- Either of us may end it at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email is sufficient).
- This program is non-exclusive in both directions. You may promote other software; we may work with other partners.
- If you end it, or we end it without cause, you are paid commissions accrued and cleared up to the termination date, subject to the reversal rules in section 4.
- If we end it because you breached section 6 or section 7, unpaid accrued commissions are forfeited. We will tell you in writing which term was breached.
- Sections 4, 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Liability, changes, and governing law
To the maximum extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions we owe you at the time the claim arises.
We may change this agreement. We will tell you, and we will publish it under a new version number. Changes apply to referrals credited after the change takes effect; referrals already credited keep the terms in force when they were credited. If you do not accept a change, you may end this agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. RANGLEZ ANALYTICS, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company.
