Privacy Policy

RANGLEZ ANALYTICS, LLC ("we," "us," "Company") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the ScoreBoost Pro platform and related services (the "Services"). Effective date: September 28, 2026.

This is the current version of our Privacy Policy, and it governs your use of the Services. If we change it, we will post the updated Policy here under a new version number and revise the effective date. Questions about this Policy can be sent to hello@scoreboost.pro.

1. Who This Policy Covers

  • Agencies (our customers) — the businesses that subscribe to the platform.
  • Agency staff users — individuals who log in on behalf of an agency.
  • End Clients — the consumers whose data agencies upload. For End Client data, we generally act as a service provider / processor on the agency's behalf — see Section 6.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email, phone, company, login credentials.
  • Billing data: processed via our payment providers (we don't store full card numbers).
  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device info, log and analytics data, cookies.
  • Sensitive financial & identity data (End Clients): credit reports and scores, tradeline and dispute data, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, addresses, and identity documents — uploaded by agencies to deliver credit-repair services.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to process credit reports and generate disputes/letters at the agency's direction; to communicate with you; to bill; to detect fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Financial Data & GLBA

Because the Services process consumers' financial information, we handle it consistent with applicable obligations under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its Safeguards Rule, and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect that data.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies via your browser; some features may not work without them.

6. Our Role for End Client Data (Processor)

For data agencies upload about their End Clients, the agency is the data controller and decides how that data is used; we act as the processor and only handle it to provide the Services per the agency's instructions and our Data Processing Addendum. End Clients with questions about their data should contact the agency they work with.

7. How We Share Information

We share information only with: service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, payments, email, SMS) under contract; the agency a user/End Client belongs to; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell or rent personal information.

8. Data Security & Tenant Isolation

We maintain safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and database-level tenant isolation so one agency cannot access another's data. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your state (e.g. California/CCPA and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to appeal a decision. To exercise these, contact us using Section 11. End Clients should direct requests to their agency, which we will support as processor.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new version with an updated effective date; we'll give notice of material changes.
