Sub-processors
We use a small set of vetted service providers to operate the platform. We remain responsible for their performance and impose data-protection terms on them at least as protective as our own commitments.

How we work with sub-processors
A sub-processor is a third party we engage to help provide the platform. Each one only receives the data it needs to perform its function, in the United States.
- We remain responsible to our customers for our sub-processors' performance.
- We impose data-protection obligations on them at least as protective as our own.
- We use them only to operate the platform — never to sell or rent personal information.
The functions our providers support
We rely on established, U.S.-based providers for the following functions:
- Cloud hosting, database, and authentication — where application data is stored, with row-level tenant isolation.
- Payment processing — subscription and client billing (we do not store full card numbers).
- Email and SMS delivery — sending messages to the recipients an agency communicates with.
- Background job processing and error monitoring — keeping the platform running and reliable.
Requesting the current list
A current list naming our specific sub-processors is available on request — typically to agencies under a Data Processing Addendum. We keep it current and communicate material changes to agencies. Email hello@scoreboost.pro.
